Smite World Championship Begins January 7th, Promotional Trailer Released

The Smite World Championship will be taking place from January 7th to January 10th at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Center in Atlanta, Georgia. During this time, PC players will be fighting for their share of the $1 million prize pool. For the first time, Xbox One players will be joining them as four teams fight over a separate prize pool of $150,000.

To promote and celebrate the event, Hi-Rez have put out a brand new cinematic trailer—embedded below—that lets us see the gods we fight as in higher definition than we're used to. Watch it, get hyped up for some insane showdowns, and don't forget that the Smite World Championship starts in two days.
