World of Warcraft: Legion will reopen the gates to Karazhan—shiny new gates—as part of Patch 7.1, releasing October 25th. The preview trailer below plays on my nostalgia; Karazhan was my raid back in the day. You will need to attune yourself to the dungeon, undertaking a quest that begins in DeadWind Pass.

The patch also expands questing in Suramar, adding additional world quests and continuing the campaign.

Also in the patch is the Trial of Valor, a three-boss raid pitting players against Helya, Guarm, and Odyn. It's a bit tiny. But Trial of Valor isn't designed to be the end-game final badabing badaboop. Keep in mind you won't be able to test your might against Odyn until two weeks after Patch 7.1 releases.

Ahead of the October 25th release Blizzard held a Q&A discussing the patch with Game Director Ion Jazzikostas and Community Manager Josh Allen.
