Overwatch's meatiest heroes, Winston and Roadhog, have received a makeover with the latest PTR patch. There aren't too many changes but they may prove significant.

"The Roadhog changes overall reduce the power of his hook a bit, but his gun is now more effective when not using the hook," reads a developer blog post. "Winston's head hit volume was just abnormally big, making him take more damage than he otherwise should. This change brings it more in line with other heroes."

Roadhog's Scrap Gun spread has been reduced to 20%. While his Chain Hook now pulls targest to a location 3.5 meters away from him. Whereas before he pulled to 2 meters. Range has been increased and so has Chain Hook's cooldown: from 6 seconds to 8 seconds.

Meanwhile Winston's change is pretty minor. His hit volume has been reduced by 15%.

In other Overwatch news, the game is keeping its Capture the Flag mode as part of the Year of the Rooster event, which is live with 12 playable maps on the PTR.
