Shroud Of The Avatar Holds Free Trial And Halloween Contest This Month
Over the past couple of months, Portalarium has been giving fans numerous chances to try out The Shroud of the Avatar for free with free-trial runs ranging from a few days to a few weeks. The devs have once again opened SoTA’s doors to anyone who wants to take a stab at the game, albeit with a few restrictions. The free-trial period will run until October 25th which gives you about three weeks to explore New Britannia.
Also, since it’s Halloween season, Portalarium will be holding a Halloween contest called “Nightmares of New Britannia.” The two-part contest involves dressing up your toons in a themed costume and decorating your house to make it as spooky as possible. You can send screenshot entries for both categories but you can only win in one. Halloween items have already been added into the game as of Release 46 so you have a ton of items to work with.
