Shroud of the Avatar encourages players to unleash their entrepreneurial side and their inner mermaids as Release 123 hits the medieval fantasy MMORPG’s live servers. Players can now put up bazaars in their respective player-owned towns using an array of new decorations, tents, stalls, gazebos, pavilions, and even an outhouse that should cater to most bazaar-goer’s needs.

For those who’d rather live a simpler life and more economical virtual life, the update also introduced deeds for tax-free lots on the water. The lots come in different sizes which, of course, also come with different prices. It’ll be just a one-time fee though as you’ll no longer have to pay for its upkeep.

Release 123 also added new zones and brought along an extensive list of changes and improvements to quests, items, the crafting system, and the UI. The patch notes are available for your inspection on the Shroud of the Avatar official website.
